Inspire me page
If you are running out of ideas on what you want your presentation to be or you feel like you need a little bit of inspiration, you can get what you need from Piktochart’s Inspire Me page.
Users of Piktochart that has done their own graphics have uploaded some of their works on that page.
You can look into them and maybe you will figure out how you want your design to be.
Once you have pressed the create new button, there will be a pop-up screen that will ask you what type of file you would want to create.
You can choose from the variations listed or you can create something custom in case you have an idea about how big you would want your file to be.
Today, I have tried to make a social media post.
After picking your desired size format, the next thing you will be faced with is picking a template.
As seen below, you can choose specifically what social media platform you will be using your graphic for.
You can easily hover over the template and press on use template in order to select it. You can also opt to start from scratch by selecting the blank template.
I found it is very convenient and very easy to pick the right template that I wanted. I selected a template for a Facebook post and selected the template that appealed to me the most.
Once you have chosen your template, you will be redirected to the editor dashboard in a new tab.
In there, you can start editing the template as much as you want until it reaches the point that you have envisioned in your head.
On the dashboard, you will see different editing tools like graphics, design components, adding text and even background.
I tried using some of the different tools and found it surprisingly very easy to use and manipulate.
In case you want to change the photo that is in the template but you have no personal photo that you can use, Piktochart would be useful to you.
The dashboard’s graphics section can help you search the photo that you are looking for by typing in a specific keyword of your choice.
For this template, I looked up images that are related to love to make a cute Valentine’s post and the search result came up with a lot of images that I had to choose from.
You can choose to edit the background color as well as the pattern.
There are endless of ways in which you can customize a template and make it your own.
In this one, I edited the background to a darker shade of red and then inserted some hearts on the background which I think worked pretty great with the theme I was aiming for.
Once you are satisfied with your work, you can download it in different formats, depending on what you need it to be.
However, for basic users, you can only download up to medium .png file format.
You can also share your graphics to anyone by sharing the link. This is a very convenient way of sharing your graphic without having to download it and take up space in your device.
