Rasa.io user interface, usability and features
Rasa.io knows how social media feeds are important so that you will be able to make your clients notice your emails. It is a great time and money saver that allows personalization so you get more engagements.
To start using the tool, you first need to make an account and then log-in to it using the following details:
- Username (your email address)
You can also opt to connect with your other accounts such as Google, Facebook or Apple to log-in. This would help you ease into logging in, so you decide how you want to do so.
After logging in, the tool will direct you to this page, where you will start to set up your site. This will help the tool to determine how to make your newsletter for you.
You will be prompted to put in your website address so that the tool can extract data from it. However, if you do not have a site, you can just put in your name instead.
As I have a website, I opted to put its address instead of my name and proceeded to the next thing.
If you input a website address, the next step is company name confirmation. The tool will check your site and search up for your company name and then show it like how it is shown below:
You can either accept this name if it is correct or change it if you think the tool has made a mistake, and then you can put it on the name by yourself. In my case, I just had to press the Next button.
After the company name, you will also need to confirm if they have found the right logo for your site. If not, you can always upload your own logo instead. This part is essential to take note of.
In this case, the tool got my logo wrong, so I had to upload mine. The whole process is swift and easy, though.
After setting up your company site and your logo, the next thing to do would be to personalize the colors used for your newsletter. There will be a lot of colors to choose from.
You get to choose your primary color and secondary color accordingly, and you will see the colors on the preview change so you would be able to decide if you want the combination or not.
I selected basic colors that I think would work well together. Being able to customize the colors that I want fully is a great thing that I have not seen in other newsletter tools before.
To fill up the newsletter, you will need articles for it. You can either opt to put in your own articles, add Twitter links, some sample articles, and a whole lot more.
If your site has articles, the tool will automatically fetch things that can be found on your homepage as it did on mine. This is something I found to be very convenient.
After adding the articles that you want to show up in the newsletter, the next step would be to edit the template the way you want it. You can change the format to classic, big and bold or newspaper.
After all that, you can try sending the newsletter that you have made to yourself so that you will have an idea about how it would appear on your mailing list’s inbox.
Rasa.io is a great tool that you can use to make sure that your newsletters would never be boring again and increase your sales by doing these simple steps.
Rasa.io pricing is very simple and this would depend on how many people you would want to send your newsletters to. They have a price checker which you can slide to check how much youw ould need to pay.
For example, for up to 2,500 contacts, you would only need to pay $29 per month to send them incredible newsletters that are fully personalized.
