Welcome page

Once you have successfully sign up, you will be redirected to a Welcome page as shown below. welcome page

Not a lot of sites have a welcome page, so this is quite refreshing to me. I find it very warm and inviting that they have decided to place something like this on their site.

Creating your team

After the welcome page, you will be prompted to create a team. You can create as many teams as you want. You can also be invited to join a team instead if the head of your house has made one.

To create your own team, you will need to choose an appropriate name for your team. This will help you to identify one team from the other in case you have multiple teams. create team

You can name your team anything you want; there are no limitations in what you want to name it, so you can be as creative as you want to be.

Add members

In case you happen to be the head of the team or the head of the household, you will need to be the one to invite people to your team. To do that, you will need the following details:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address add members

You need to note that each team member needs a separate email address since the tool will send them the allocated task individually.

Chore list

You will be able to see the list of your chores by simply clicking on the Chores Tab. This will show you who is assigned specific tasks to edit them out or add more. chores list

You can add as many tasks as you want or edit the tasks accordingly.

Adding chores

Adding chores is the most important part as this is where you would put in the assignment of tasks. It would be best if you put in the name of who will do it and then write a description of what they need to do. add chores

You will also need to select the size/effort needed for the task. You will select from small, medium, and large and sort out the task accordingly.

The tool will learn how to properly distribute the tasks not to be given too many large tasks independently. It is necessary for a fair distribution.

Roster Settings

Once you have properly distributed the tasks that you have in mind, you can go to roster settings and create your roster so that you will be able to notify your household members automatically. roster settings

RosterBuddy is a great app that will help you manage household tasks better, so there is no need to remind everyone every time of what they need to do. You can invite your housemates to get started.

  1. Thanks for reviewing my site at 🙂

We now have a feature where you can add team members even if they don’t have an email address, which is better for families with younger children. Also I’ve added automated reminders if some chores are left uncompleted for too long.
& one last thing, any new signups can try the full featured plan for FREE for the first 30 days.
